The washer and dryer both have to be powered on to do anything on the app then when you select a cycle you still have to push start on the appliance. They are both linked to my wifi and this waste of time app. ![]() I would like to add since the developer responded. You should be able to start it from the phone, not being able to is just dumb. What’s the point? I can do all that from right there in front of the machine. You have to turn the power on to be able to activate a cycle then you still have to press start on the machine. Signal and connectivity within my home and devices aren’t any different - correlates to updates and changes / improvements to the app. Only choice is to delete and reinstall which every time I’ve done that it’s fixed immediately. Also- attempting to sign out will occasionally work but most of the time when it’s stuck it will say it’s a bad request / similar to that. So I am still noticed my cycle / load is done but I’m not able to view any details on any appliance from the app when it gets stuck like this. This doesn’t affect notifications on the iPhone or Apple Watch however. The app will work great for a while until it doesn’t and when launching the app all it does is show the spinning “loading” circle and never get to the screen where my appliance devices are listed.
